Murder Duels Trade Tokens

Understand the community-documented Murder Duels Trade Token currency, verify its current uses and cost, and avoid confusing it with Coins.

Trade Tokens are documented by the Murder Duels community Wiki as a separate currency connected to purchases and trading. The official Roblox description confirms skin trading but does not explain Trade Tokens. The community record also contains wording errors, so do not rely on its old conversion or package claims without checking the live Shop and Trade interface.

Keep currencies separate

Currency
Documented role
Verify before use
Coins
Main progression currency used by community records for Cases, effects, and skills.
Current earnings, prices, and exact eligible items.
Trade Tokens
Separate currency associated by community pages with purchases and trading.
Current purchase rate, trade inclusion, fees, limits, and refund rules.
Robux
Roblox paid currency used by the current Shop for certain products.
Final Roblox purchase prompt, amount, contents, and permanence.

Never assume one balance converts into another. A community page may describe a historical package or ratio that no longer exists. The live purchase screen is the only place to confirm what your account will spend and receive now.

Find the current token balance

Open the current Shop and Trading interfaces and look for the exact token icon and label. Record the balance before performing any action. If the token does not appear, do not purchase a similarly named product from an external site or another game.

Check whether the balance appears account-wide, only in the Trading Plaza, or inside an offer. Public evidence did not establish persistence or platform differences. Rejoin a fresh server once if an update has just deployed, then inspect again.

Verify every documented use

The community Wiki says Trade Tokens can be used in trading and in place of Robux for some purchases, and that they can be included in trades. Treat each as a separate hypothesis. Try to select the token in the live Trade interface without confirming a trade. Inspect eligible Shop items and compare their displayed purchase options.

Do not infer a fee. If the Trade window deducts tokens, read the amount before and after. If it permits adding tokens as an offered balance, check minimum, maximum, and whether changes reset confirmation. If the Shop shows a token price, verify that the final prompt spends Trade Tokens rather than Robux.

Buy tokens cautiously

Before a Robux purchase, write down the token amount, Robux price, and intended use. Confirm the official Roblox purchase dialog. Avoid buying a large package until a small balance has been tested in the exact transaction you plan.

Community Shop pages list historical packages, but price and amount fields can change. This guide omits those numbers because current verification is missing. There is also no reliable public confirmation of refunds, regional differences, or whether unused tokens can be converted back.

Include tokens in a trade

If the current interface allows it, add the amount slowly and confirm which side of the offer displays it. Ask the other player to state the amount, then verify visually. Remove readiness after any change and reread the final screen.

Community value lists use unitless item reference numbers. Do not assume one community value unit equals one Trade Token. The relationship is determined by players and current offers, not an official conversion table.

Budget by purpose

Keep separate budgets for skills and Cases using Coins, paid Shop products using Robux, and any verified Trade Token use. Do not spend paid currency simply to match a community value. Decide whether the token creates access you need or only makes a speculative trade larger.

If token rules are unclear, trade items without adding a token balance or wait. Uncertainty is a valid reason to cancel. The Trading Guide provides a complete offer review.

Troubleshoot token problems

If a purchased balance is missing, keep the Roblox receipt, recheck the correct Universe, and inspect the live balance before purchasing again. Use official Roblox support routes for payment problems. Do not give account access to a player claiming they can restore tokens.

If the token cannot be added to a trade, read the UI message for eligibility, amount, cooldown, or account conditions. If a Shop item no longer accepts tokens, use the current option rather than an old Wiki claim.

Common mistakes

  • Calling Coins “Trade Tokens” because both are currencies.
  • Treating a historical Shop package as current.
  • Assuming community value units convert directly to tokens.
  • Buying before confirming the intended use exists in the live client.
  • Accepting an offer after the token amount changes.
  • Expecting a refund or conversion without an explicit live rule.

What still needs in-game verification

The exact token icon, earning methods, Robux packages, conversion, eligible purchases, trade inclusion, fees, limits, transfer behavior, persistence, and refund rules need current testing. The page remains useful by separating those fields instead of filling them with contradictory community data.
