Murder Duels progression connects match play to unlockable knife and revolver skins. Public community sources also document account levels, Coins, Daily Tasks, skills, Cases, a Shop, events, Clans, and a Summer Pass. The official description does not publish exact XP, Coin, price, probability, or reward tables, so this hub focuses on actions and budgeting while keeping all changing numbers in the live client.

Choose a progression guide

Understand the progression loop

Play a duel, review the end screen, and record which balances or objectives changed. The official match supports 1v1 through 4v4 and ends when one side wins five rounds. Public community guides report XP, Coins, Daily Tasks, levels, and events as progression sources, but the exact reward relationship needs live observation.

Use the first sessions to learn where progress is displayed. Do not assume a round win, match win, elimination, level, Daily Task, and event pass all pay the same resource. Separate each source. If a screen shows several rewards, note them before returning to the lobby.

Build a daily session route

Start by checking current tasks or event objectives, if present. Choose a mode that lets you practice one mechanic while advancing a visible objective. Complete the task only if it supports enjoyable play; do not ruin team rounds by forcing a narrow requirement without communication.

After several matches, check account level, Coin balance, and any pass or Clan progress separately. Claim rewards only after reading their destination. End by deciding whether to save, unlock a skill, buy a direct item, or open a Case. A routine is useful because it reveals actual earning pace without needing an invented rate.

Keep one short note per session. A dated balance and purchase record makes update-to-update changes visible and prevents a remembered reward from becoming an assumed permanent rate.

Spend Coins by goal

Community records say Coins can be used for Cases, effects, and skills. Build three budgets: mechanical learning, collection chance, and reserve. A skill can change active decisions; a Case gives a random cosmetic result; the reserve protects future updates or a better-understood purchase.

Confirm the current price immediately before spending. Summer community notes report rebalanced skill costs and Coin products, so screenshots from an older update can mislead. The Coins Guide explains how to measure earnings and make a budget from your own session.

Understand Cases before opening

Community documentation describes Cases as roulette-style random rewards from set pools and probabilities. The known records include Recruit, Founder’s, Space, and Finishers Cases, among others. Availability and contents can change, and some historical Case pages may remain online after direct acquisition ends.

Read the current pool, displayed probabilities, price, duplicate handling, tradeability, and limited status. Compare the guaranteed value of saving for a direct Shop choice with the entertainment and risk of a random opening. Never infer a rate from rarity name alone.

Use the Shop deliberately

The community Shop record includes Cases, Coin products, Trade Tokens, gamepasses, starter products, and time-limited bundles across its history. It is not a current first-party catalog. Sort every live offer by currency, contents, duration, and whether the result is guaranteed.

For Robux, inspect the official purchase prompt and final amount. For Coins, compare the purchase with a skill or Case goal. For Trade Tokens, verify their current use before buying. The Shop Guide gives a decision card for each offer type.

Treat Pass and Clan systems as dated

Community Summer Part 2 notes report a Summer Pass with free and premium paths, while older community update records report Clans. Those systems can be active, changed, or ended without a complete first-party archive. This hub does not create thin standalone pages for them.

If a pass is visible, record its current end time, XP source, reward count, premium price, and claim behavior from the live screen. If Clans are visible, inspect requirements, progression, and rewards before choosing one. Do not repeat a community promise about future Clan rewards as a current guarantee.

Common progression mistakes

  • Spending every Coin before learning the current earning pace.
  • Treating level, Coins, pass XP, and Clan progress as one balance.
  • Opening a Case without reading its current pool and probability.
  • Buying a historical bundle from an old guide rather than the live Shop.
  • Assuming a rare skin improves combat.
  • Planning around an event end date that is not visible in the current client.

What still needs live verification

Exact XP and Coin rewards, level thresholds, Daily Task contents, Case prices and pools, Shop rotations, pass rewards and end time, Clan progression, paid products, duplicate handling, and regional or platform differences need in-game checks. The system names are useful; the numbers remain dated.
