Breakfast officially says Murder Duels players can trade skins. Community records describe a broader exchange system involving guns, knives, Cases, finishers, and Trade Tokens, but the exact unlock condition, eligible item set, confirmation flow, fees, cooldowns, and token rules need current in-game verification. This hub gives you a safe decision process without pretending a community value is an official price.

Currency checkKnow what is official and what is community reported
The official Roblox description confirms trading skins. It does not publish a value list or declare one community site to be a fixed price authority. The public Murder Duels value tracker says values are maintained through a Discord community and that it is not affiliated with Roblox. Treat its numbers as dated negotiation references.
The community Wiki says the trade system can exchange guns, knives, Cases, kill effects, and Trade Tokens. That page is thin and not first-party. Open the current trade interface to see which inventory categories are actually selectable for your account and server.
Check the exact item identity
Use a value list as a reference
Start by matching the exact item and type. Note the check time because values can change quickly. Compare both sides using the same source and date, then consider demand, recent offers, and how easily each item trades. A high number with few interested buyers can be less useful than a lower but liquid item.
Do not average unrelated sites when they use different units or update schedules. If sources disagree sharply, pause and gather actual offers. The final decision belongs to both players; no community list can guarantee a future trade or resale.
Build and confirm an offer
Use the current lobby or Trading Plaza surface shown by the game. Select the intended player carefully. Add items one at a time and confirm that each appears in the correct side. If the interface uses Trade Tokens or a fee, read the displayed amount and balance before continuing.
After either player changes anything, restart your visual check. Do not rely on memory. Read both sides in final confirmation, including quantity, serial, variant, and token amount. If the interface does not give you enough time to inspect, cancel and rebuild rather than accepting under pressure.
Protect the account and inventory
Keep the exchange inside Roblox. Never share passwords, session cookies, authentication codes, recovery codes, screen-control access, or account files. Do not install a “trade verifier,” use a fake middleman, or visit a link that asks you to log in outside normal Roblox authentication.
Cross-trading, real-money deals, account transfers, and trust trades add risks that the in-game confirmation cannot protect. This guide does not recommend them. A legitimate in-game trade should be understandable from the items shown in the official interface.
Separate Coins, Robux, and Trade Tokens
Community records describe Coins as the main progression currency and Trade Tokens as a separate currency associated with purchases and trading. Robux is Roblox’s paid currency. Do not treat the three balances as interchangeable without the current menu explicitly offering a conversion or purchase.
The community Trade Tokens page contains wording errors and old claims that require verification. The Trade Tokens guide keeps its current use, purchase, transfer, and refund fields unset until the live client confirms them.
Decide whether to accept
Ask whether you want the offered item, whether its identity is exact, whether you can tolerate a value change, and whether the trade leaves your collection usable. A numerically favorable trade can still be bad if it replaces a favorite item with something you cannot move.
For a collectible, add serial and provenance to the decision. For a Case, add the uncertainty of opening and duplicate rules. For a paired set, confirm whether both sides are included. For an unvalued tracker entry, use recent offers and personal utility instead of inventing a number.
Common trade mistakes
- Comparing a gun row with a knife row that shares a theme.
- Ignoring serial or variant markers.
- Treating a community number as an official guaranteed price.
- Accepting after the other side changes the offer without rereading it.
- Confusing Coins and Trade Tokens.
- Leaving Roblox for account access, downloads, or a “verification” link.
- Trading an entire usable inventory for one illiquid item.
What still needs live verification
The current trade unlock, entry location, eligible item categories, Trade Token use, fees, confirmation sequence, cancellation, cooldown, history, limits, and scam-protection behavior must be tested in game. The official trading statement supports a useful hub; it does not authorize invented UI details.
